Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Can I still get a divorce if I can't find my spouse?

How long before my divorce is final after I have filed my legal documents with the court?
The time period before a divorce is final is typically between 30 to 90 days depending on the specifics of your case. 
Are there any other fees associated with filing my legal documents?
Yes.  There is a court filing fee for all cases, however, in most cases you may qualify for a waiver of the court's filing fee.  Give me a call to discuss this option. 
What information do I need to file for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?
In order to prepare your bankruptcy documents in a timely manner, the following information is needed:

1. A copy of all three credit reports. These can be obtained from visiting http://www.annualcreditreport.com at no cost.

2. A list of any assets and an estimated value of those assets (example: real property including homes and personal property including vehicles, household furnishing, clothing, jewelry, bank accounts, etc.)

3. A list of all income including income from wages, social security, disability, retirement, and business income.

You are required to obtain credit counseling and debtor’s education from an approved provider.
